Thank you to everyone who came out to our StageIt show last night! We’ve got cookies going to our top tippers and some other lucky folks,for everyone else here is Nataly’s cookie recipe as promised:

1 cup butter (2 sticks)
1/2 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
18 oz chocolate chips = 2 1/4 cups chocolate chips (use See’s candies chocolate chips if possible)

Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy with an electric mixer.
Add eggs and beat. Add vanilla and stir.
Combine dry ingredients- flour, salt, baking poswer,soda and add all at once. Mix with spoon - (Do not use mixer for the dry ingredients.)
Add chocolate chips

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Put golf ball sized mounds of cookie dough on parchment.

Bake at 374 degrees for about 9 minutes. Let cookies set for about 2 minutes and then using a spatula remove to a cooling rack or plate.

Eat while warm!
